tech staff has a limited time capacity to answer technical
questions. THE DATA ON THIS WEBSITE IS HERE FOR A REASON - to answer
most of your technical questions.
Then,
AFTER you've read the data, we will be happy to answer any technical
question you may still have to the best of our ability. If we don't
know the answer, we consult with other developers and experimenters
of Hydrogen-On-Demand technology. We're happy to do so because it's
a learning process and eventually everybody's learning from it.
Please be specific in your written requests since we have several
activities in process and products under development and available.
If, for instance, we get a letter saying, "I want to know about your
device" or "your link is not working", we cannot tell which
device/link etc. To help us expedite your request, please give as
many hints as possible.

- What exactly can we help you solve?
Also
please describe the environment in which you're using this
technology: your car/truck model and year, engine, geographic
location, etc.
Please note that Technical Support is ONLY for
clients who have purchased products from us. Use our Customer
Support Center to issue a TICKET No. and your Tech Log in ID will be
required.
